Worlasi is a creative mastermind,an entrepreneur at heart, a prolific composer and an ambitious art director with a tireless can-do spirit and a kind heart. Worlasi offers critical perspectives, creative skills and connections. With a curious mind he raises fundamental questions that remind clients of the possibilities and solutions that are inside them. With an unshakeable confidence, Worlasi moves and remakes until he and his clients are satisfied. It is for this reason that as co-founder, Worlasi is also the first client of The Naissance group
Ama is creative thinker and strategist who is both critical and eternally optimistic about humanity's ability to steer itself towards a more positive future. She believes that in chaos and crisis another world is emerging. One that is more creative, just, inclusive and sustainable. She has a deeply curious mind and a compassionate heart. She spends her time facilitating creative processes and learning about how change works in complex systems. Armed with a wicked sense of humor she is connected to a vast and varied world of change makers, thinkers and makers who each inspire her. She reflects this inspiration to her surroundings thus contributing to building a community and a movement of people learning from the old, chiseling away at the status quo and making space for something entirely different to emerge.
With decades of experience Worlasi and Ama bring together abilities to create, facilitate and realize seemingly wild ideas that will create a positive impact. They are both committed to liberation and decolonization of the African continent and have chosen to create from there. Their starting point is art and creativity, as the keystone that connects and holds together communities in times of crisis and chaos
